Heights Title Services is an attorney owned and operated, full service title insurance agency providing complete closing services in a professional and competent atmosphere. As a neutral, third-party escrow agent, Heights Title accomplishes the intentions of all involved parties in a real estate transaction or refinance situation. Our agency will disburse all required funds associated with the closing and ensure that all documents are properly recorded.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Realizing that our clients have very demanding schedules, our staff will schedule evening and weekend closings at a location that is convenient for all parties involved.
